Tests and exams will be here any time soon and the best way to fight back against all the anxiety and pressures coming ahead is to relax and watch a movie or two every single night before you go to sleep and just CHILL to prepare your exams… 😀
So, without any further ado, here are my top 10 tips to get your mind and body ready for your exams:
- Eat healthy foods and stay hydrated.
- Get plenty of sleep.
- Exercice regularly.
- Don’t stress too much.
- Set a study time and stick to it
- Remember to take breaks.
- Find a positive work environment.
- Revisit old tests/quizzes.
- Study with your best friends 😀
- Don’t overdue the studying… RELAAAAAAAX
